From the forest. For the future.
Our wood comes exclusively from German forests managed under certified, sustainable forestry practices.

Lumber
We offer a wide selection of native wood species in various grades and sizes – sustainably harvested, precisely processed, and carefully classified according to the needs of our customers. Oak, beech, sycamore, alder, or ash – each wood tells its own story full of character. Whether in industry, craftsmanship, or design – write the next chapter.
Quality
Our lumber was carefully prepared for further processing. After natural and artificial wood drying, the moisture content is 8-10%. The wood is stable in shape and moisture. It can be processed immediately and does not require further storage. The measurement is taken after drying, trimming, and sorting. The strengths are held according to KD. Unless otherwise stated, all lumber is parallel-sawn.

Oak

Oak wood, like almost no other type of wood, stands for durability and character and convinces with its hardness, stability, and natural beauty – ideal for furniture making, interior design, high-quality flooring, or wood construction.
A material with a history – and a future.

Cut-to-size pieces
In the production of parallel-edged sawn timber, friezes, scantlings, and cut-to-size pieces are produced. Upon request, we offer a wide range of dimensions in all wood grades.
Firewood
Tried-and-true energy from wood – sustainable and efficient.
Wood is one of the oldest and most natural energy sources for generating heat, preparing food, preserving food, and creating a sense of security. Wood from domestic forests with responsible forestry is both then and now a sustainable, climate-friendly energy source.
The production of high-quality lumber generates so-called sawmill by-products. Out of respect for nature and the long life of trees, we use all parts of our grown raw material.
Every Friday, we offer firewood at our sawmill from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM in private sales.

Briquettes
Durin sawing, wood shavings are produced and pressed into our high-quality heating briquettes. Since our sawmill processes only dry hardwood, primarily oak, our briquettes have an especially high calorific value of 5.0 kWh/kg and a long burn time due to the high compression.
HIF Briquettes – vibrant flames and long-lasting embers!

Cape Wood
Our cap wood is created by further processing our dried oak lumber. With a residual moisture of only about 8-12%, it can provide cozy warmth without hesitation, in an environmentally friendly manner and with very good heating values, or be used in a wood or stone stove. We cut our logs to a length of approximately 15-30 cm, suitable for the usual stove sizes.

Tree trunk
In our sawmill, log sections are cut in the cutting setup in the first processing step. This fresh wood should be seasoned for about 2 years so that it can fully develop its heating power. The log sections can best be split into even billets while they are fresh and stacked/piled in a well-ventilated manner. They produce visually attractive firewood with the good heating value of hard oak wood.
